The aim of this guide is to provide users, installers, and maintenance personnel with the technical information needed to operate the Modbus protocol on:
oComPact™ NSX 100-630 circuit breakers and switch-disconnectors.
oComPact™ NSX 100-1200 DC circuit breakers and switch-disconnectors.
This document is valid for:
oComPact™ NSX 100-630 circuit breakers and switch-disconnectors
owith the BSCM circuit breaker status control module and with the communicating motor mechanism, and/or
owith MicroLogic™ 5, 6, or 7 trip unit.
oComPact™ NSX 100-1200 DC circuit breakers and switch-disconnectors with the BSCM circuit breaker status control module and with the communicating motor mechanism;
and connected
oeither to an RS485 serial line Modbus network using an IFM Modbus-SL interface for one circuit breaker
oor to an Ethernet network using an IFE Ethernet interface for one circuit breaker or an IFE Ethernet switchboard server.
