Power Restoration Assistant Digital Module
The Power Restoration Assistant Digital Module extends and enhances the functions of the EcoStruxure Power Device app.
The Power Restoration Assistant Digital Module provides the maintenance operator with the following assistance on the power restoration procedure:
oDisplays information about events and circuit breaker status.
oAssists in determining the cause of events such as an opening, a trip, or a loss of power supply.
oProvides guidance for potential solutions to restore the power supply.
The Power Restoration Assistant Digital Module helps to reduce the downtime of the power supply at critical load (mean time to repair (MTTR) after a trip, an opening, or a loss of upstream power supply.

The Power Restoration Assistant Digital Module is an optional Digital Module, which can be purchased and installed on a MicroLogic X control unit.
The prerequisites are:
oThe EcoStruxure Power Device app must be installed on a smartphone
oThe smartphone must be connected to the MicroLogic X control unit through:
oBluetooth: the control unit must be powered
oNFC: the control unit does not need to be powered
oUSB OTG: the control unit does not need to be powered
oThe MicroLogic X date and time must be up to date
The Power Restoration Assistant Digital Module is compatible with:
oMicroLogic 2.0 X, 5.0 X, 6.0 X, and 7.0 X control units for IEC standard
oMicroLogic 3.0 X, 5.0 X, and 6.0 X control units for UL standard
oMicroLogic X control units with firmware version greater than or equal to 001.000.000.
oIFE/EIFE interface with firmware version greater than or equal to 003.006.000
oIFM interface with firmware version greater than or equal to 003.000.000
Availability of features differs depending on the type of connection to the Digital Module:
oThrough Bluetooth or USB OTG connection: all features are available
oThrough NFC (connection can be made when control unit is not powered): basic circuit breaker information is provided. It also provides step by step assistance by asking the user to provide circuit breaker status and giving guidance for power restoration.
