Step 4 - Manually Recreate Customizations
Configuration Manager copies all configuration files to the target system, however, it does not install all configuration files on the new target system because:
- The source system contains customizations that cannot be automatically transferred by Configuration Manager.
- The target system contains new default values and changes that should not be overwritten.
