Unable to receive analog data from the SinCos master encoder.
NOTE: Hardware encoder error. Reset the PacDrive controller. Acknowledge the diagnostic message only after reinitialization or homing of the system has been acknowledged by the program. If necessary, use the functions FC_SysReset() or FC_PrgResetAndStart().
