Cancel the position measurement (TouchProbe = TP) with the measuring field input.
The function deactivates the selected TP functionality of the measured input transferred in i_stTPId.
The parameter CaptureOk in the PLC configuration is not affected.
Using the function FC_TPReset() affects CaptureOk.
