Execute the File > Open Project... command to open an existing project, library, or archive.
The Open Project dialog box allows you to browse for the project/library/archive and to open it by:
oDouble-clicking the file name, or
oClicking the Open button.
NOTE: If you open a Twido project, it is automatically converted to a EcoStruxure Machine Expert project. That is, the Twido device is replaced by an M241 device.
To help assure a successful conversion:
oVerify that the new device supports the functions and communication ports that are required in your project.
oAvoid using direct addresses in your application.

oVerify that any direct addresses used in your application (for example, %IB5) have been converted correctly after device conversion. oAdapt the configurations manually and make sure that they provide the intended functionality for the converted devices. |
