FUNCTION SysDirCopy : RTS_IEC_RESULT
Copies the contents of szSourceDir to szDestDir. Depending of the parameters, all subdirectories and its content will be copied too, and existing files will be overwritten. NOTE: Empty direcories will be copied if xRecursive is TRUE.
