Tab 'CANopen Remote Device - SRDOs'
This dialog box is used for defining the safety-related data objects (SRDO). The receive SRDOs are defined on the left side and the transmit SRDOs on the right side.
As a rule, each SRDO consists of two objects: a normal object with an even COB ID and an inverse object with an odd COB ID. Then a maximum possible data size of 8 bytes.
Add SRDO |
Opens the Select SRDO dialog box with a list of SRDOs. This is defined in the EDS file. |
Add Mapping |
If an SRDO is selected, then you can add a mapping. This command opens the "SRDO Mapping" dialog box. |
Modify |
Changes the properties of the selected object. This is also possible by double-clicking the object. |
|
Activates the data transmission for the SRDO. |
The parameters of the SRDOs are shown as tooltips when the mouse pointer is located over the name.
This dialog box defines the assignment from the simple data object to the inverse data object.
Double-clicking the blank line of the simple data object opens the list of elements from the object directory. By clicking OK, the simple data object is applied to the mapping dialog. Then CODESYS attempts to determine the inverse data object automatically and apply it to the mapping.
CODESYS checks whether the data type and data length of the normal and the inverse data objects match. The result is shown at the bottom of the dialog box.
Double-clicking the SRDO opens the dialog box.
More information about the parameters are shown as tooltips when the mouse pointer is located over the name.
