The following procedures describe the replacement of the telescopic axis as an example. The steps for the Telescopic Axis Double are similar.
Perform the following procedures to replace the telescopic axis:

oAllow the guides of the telescopic axis to cool down before touching them. oDo not exceed the number of the prescribed extension and retraction manipulations to help avoid any melting of the slide bearings. |

Failure to follow these instructions can result in injury or equipment damage. |

Remove the three countersunk screws (2) at the lower universal joint, which are located on the underside of the parallel plate.

Loosen the clamping bolt (1) at the upper universal joint. |

Remove the telescopic axis from the robot. |
