NOTE: TM5/TM7 modules can only be connected to the Sercos bus, this means, the connection of the TM5/TM7 modules to the PacDrive controller can only occur via a Sercos bus interface TM5NS31. A connection of TM5/TM7 modules via CAN bus and a CANopen interface module is not supported.
oBus bases with address switches are not supported (for example, TM5ACBM11, …).
oA maximum of 64 modules can be used with one TM5NS31 (depends on the used modules).
oThe TM5 bus is set to 1 ms.
NOTE: The maximum number of TM5 modules that can be used depends on the modules itself because the static cycle time of the TM5 bus must not be exceeded. If the cycle-time is exceeded, the Sercos bus reports a C1D (see DiagnosticNumber) detected error message at phase change.
