CB.IsHandleValid (FUN)

This function of the CAA_Callback.Library serves to check whether a callback handle is valid.

Input:

hHandle	CAA.HANDLE	callback handle
peError	POINTER TO CB.Error	pointer on error ID

Output:

xValid

BOOL

TRUE: handle is valid; FALSE: handle is invalid
