Solution

The synchronized movement stops with position deviation alarm.

One of the synchronized axes has exceeded the deviation threshold.

Start a trace of deviations of all synchronized axes and identify the axis causing the issue.

Motor speeds oscillate during synchronized movement.

Proportional gain of the position controller is too great.

Decrease the value of proportional gain. Take a trace of motor speeds and position deviations of synchronized axes.
