TM2AMI2HTN and TM2AMI4HTN

Introduction

The TM2AMI2HTN and TM2AMI4HTN are expansion modules with 2-channel and 4-channel analog inputs respectively.

For additional hardware information, refer to TM2AMI2HTN and TM2AMI4HTN.

If you have physically wired, for example, your analog module channel for a voltage signal, and you configure the channel for a current signal in EcoStruxure Machine Expert, you may damage the analog output module.

NOTICE

INOPERABLE EQUIPMENT

Verify that the physical wiring of the analog circuit is compatible with the software configuration for the analog channel.

Failure to follow these instructions can result in equipment damage.

I/O Configuration

To configure the inputs of the TM2AMI2HTN and TM2AMI4HTN analog expansion modules, select the I/O Configuration tab.

The parameters are available for each channel of a module:

oTM2AMI2HTN: Channel IW0...IW1

oTM2AMI4HTN: Channel IW0...IW3

You can configure the following input parameters:

* parameter default value (1) If Scope is Normal and Type is – 10...10 V, the default value is -4096. If Scope is Customized, the default value is – 32768 . (2) If Scope is Normal, the default value is 4095 . If Scope is Customized, the default value is 32767.
