Mounting the Impact Plate

Remove the lower arms and the upper arms.

For further information, refer to Replacing the Lower Arms and Replacing the Upper Arms.

Remove four screws (1) at an angle of 90° from each of the three housing flanges.

Place the Impact Plate (4) with three sealing washers (5) between the housing and the Impact Plate on each of the four holes.

Fasten the Impact Plate with one screw (2) and one sealing washer (3) on each of the four holes.

Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm (31 lbf-in)

Mount the upper arms and the lower arms.

Calibrate the robot.
