Calculate the function value of the polynomial at a certain position.
Calculates the function value of the polynomial represented by the coefficient array i_alrCoefficients at the point i_lrX:
(The calculation is carried out in accordance with the Horner scheme: reducing the number of required operations and the rounding error propagation by factorization.)
