Designing a Background

You can design the background of your visualization in color or with an image. To do this, use the command Visualization ‣ Background .

Configuring an image as a background

Note

In addition, you can use the property Integrate background in the dialog Properties of a visualization object to specify whether the background image should always be displayed in its entirety or whether it should be truncated.

Requirement: A project with a visualization is open.

Open the visualization and select the command Visualization ‣ Background .
Activate the option Image and open the input assistant.
Select an image in the dialog Input Assistant.

⇒ The image serves as a background image.

Configuring a colored background

Requirement: A project with a visualization is open.

Open the visualization and select the command Visualization ‣ Background .
Activate the option Color.
Select a style color such as Element background color from the selection list.

⇒ The background of the visualization is colored.
