YOffset Generator

General

The YOffset Generator is a position generator for easily generating Y offsets for an axis. For example, this is required to perform axis correction using Touchprobe (measured input). This generator works independently of other motion generators on the axis. For instance, while a MultiCam() function block is running, a correction is being performed simultaneously through the YOffset generator.

CAUTION
	INVALID AXIS POSITION Disable the YOffset Generator in the program initialization if you are using absolute encoder homing (with or without retain). Failure to follow these instructions can result in injury or equipment damage.

Disabling the YOffset generator resets the YOffset to 0 at program start and the restores of axis position works correctly.
