EtherCAT - PROFIBUS DP Slave Terminal EL6731_0010

CODESYS supports the EL6731_0010 device from Beckhoff, which provides a gateway from EtherCAT to a PROFIBUS DP slave. After adding the gateway below the EK1100 EtherCAT coupler, you can configure it like an ordinary EtherCAT slave.

When you add the gateway, a PROFINET slave node is inserted automatically. This PROFIBUS DP slave functions like a standard PROFIBUS DP slave.

You insert the PROFIBUS DP modules below the PROFIBUS slaves. In the editor dialogs, you can set the typical PROFIBUS DP parameters and I/O channels.
