CAA Segmented Buffer Manager Extern Library Documentation

This library provides a set of functions for handling different segments of one huge buffer, joining segments or splitting buffers in segments. This is done without copying the content all the time. The functions try to reference the segments instead of copy them and manage the segments in double linked lists.
