General Information

Before the first Sercos phase-up, you must define the geometry parameters of the Lexium MC Segment with the parameters ConfiguredLength, ConfiguredAngleFractionNumerator and ConfiguredAngleFractionDenominator.

During phase 2 of the Sercos phase-up, the values from the segment are read via Sercos and compared to the corresponding configured values. If a value read does not correspond to the configured value, the Sercos phase-up cannot be executed.

Example:
The ConfiguredLength of a segment is 300 (mm). The value read from the segment is 400 (mm). So, the Sercos phase-up is not possible.
