EMC errors found.	Reset the PacDrive system (PacDrive controller and servo amplifier).
Detected hardware error: Servo amplifier inoperable.	Replace the servo amplifier.

For the Multi carrier transport system:
The internal communication between the segment controller and the coil controller is not possible. The multi carrier segment is inoperative.	Power cycle the multi carrier segment. If the error persists, replace the segment.
