Detects the power supply assigned to the axis. It is assigned via the parameter ConfiguredPowerSupply of the axis.
The method provides an interface of the type IF_PowerSupply to the determined power supply. If a power supply cannot be determined (e.g. for Lexium 52) a zero is returned.
