FUNCTION Printf

This function performs a “formatted printing” of the value <pValue> points to.

InOut:

Input	cbsResult	REFERENCE TO CharBufferString	The buffer, where the result will be returned
	cbsFormat	REFERENCE TO CharBufferString	The format string used for formatting the value
	pValue	POINTER TO BYTE	A pointer to the begin of the piece of memory, where the value to format is stored.
	typeClass	__SYSTEM.TYPE_CLASS	A __SYSTEM.TYPE_CLASS value describing the type of the value to format
