Cause of the Message

The slide of the crank cannot reach the position you defined in your Motion Sizer project.

Effect

Calculations cannot be performed.

Solution

Verify the values that you entered in the Mechanic of your crank (Crank shaft length, Crank arm length, Offset from slide level to crank shaft). Did you enter the correct Distance from slide zero position to crank shaft? Compare the results displayed by the parameters Minimum position of the slide and Maximum position of the slide.

Open the motion profile in the Motion diagram. Verify the design and make sure that there is no overswing in the curve that is out of the admitted range of values.
