Characteristics of Lexium PAS4•B-Series

The axis provides the following features and options:

oDifferent stroke lengths are available per mm.

oMounting threads with counterbores for locating dowels at the carriage for reproducible mounting of the payload.

oGrease nipples at the side of the carriage for external lubrication.

oEasy integration into systems and machines due to axis bodies with T-slots.

oSensors adjustable in T-slots.

oMotor mounting via compact coupling system.

oThe cover strip and the wiper in the carriage further help to keep pollution, chips, dust, and foreign objects away from the linear guide inside the axis.

oMotor mounting possible at four sides, can be changed at any later point in time.

oOptions

oAntistatic toothed belt

oIncreased corrosion resistance

oCover strip and wiper in the carriage

oDistribution of the payload to up to three carriages

oCarriage available in various lengths

oSensors as normally open contacts / normally closed contacts and NPN/PNP version

oDifferent motors and gearboxes
