Cause

Solution

A carrier has been removed from the Multi carrier transport system.

  • Verify that the carriers are correctly installed on the track.

  • Verify the encoder magnet of the carrier. Replace the encoder magnet or the carrier if necessary.

  • Replace the carrier or the segment.

The encoder system is disturbed or inoperable.
