Functional Description
The method SetRandomMatrixInPlaneRotationList sets the parameter for random targets with rotation values of fixed possible values.

The interface is identical to FB_RandomTargetsGenTar.SetTargetsMatrixInPlane().

NOTE: The input i_etOrientationConvention is no longer input of the method, because it is set to the value ROB.ET_OrientationConvention.ZYX.
