Sensor overtravelled.

Detected sensor error.

Detected controller error.

Verify the controller.

Motor load increases, controller switches off because of overload.

Linear guides or toothed belt pulleys under mechanical tension or excessive friction caused by poor lubrication.

Contact your local Schneider Electric service representative.

Noise and vibrations.

Velocity too high.

Reduce velocity.

Poor lubrication (in the case of noise).

Lubricate, for more information, refer to Lubrication.

Carriage has backlash.

Contact your local Schneider Electric service representative.

Ambient conditions.

Verify ambient conditions.

Running inaccuracy and noise of the guides.

Poor lubrication.

Lubricate, for more information, refer to Lubrication.

Damage to components of the linear guide, for example by shock or impact on the carriage.

The components of the linear guide must be replaced, contact your local Schneider Electric service representative.

The carriage has backlash and positions inaccurately.

Backlash in guides after a collision.

Contact your local Schneider Electric service representative.

Worn out or damaged toothed belt or elastomer coupling after a collision.

Replace the toothed belt and/or replace the elastomer coupling.
