IVisuUserEventManager.SetSpecialEventHandler (METH)

METHOD SetSpecialEventHandler : BOOL

This method assigns the eventhandler for mouse events. The method will return <c>TRUE</c> when there was no previous handler, and <c>FALSE</c> when there was a previous event handler.
