Task

Completes a currently running time measurement

Description

The currently running time measurement is being completed and evaluated. The statistical data of the function block are being updated.

Issue	Cause	Solution
-	The Start method has not been called up.	Ensure that every time before the End method is called up, the Start method has been called up once.
