This error may be detected if the user function Encoderless Velocity Control is activated and when the velocity is still below the value MinimalOperatingVelocity, that is, the drive still operates in open loop. The calculated maximum acceleration cannot be reached. The acceleration of the motion profile must match the current set with the parameter StartingRefCurrent. Limiting factors for the StartingRefCurrent include the nominal and peak currents of the motor and the drive. |
Increase the value of the StartingRefCurrent. Verify that you do not exceed the maximum motor temperature if the StartingRefCurrent is set to a value greater than the nominal current of the drive or the nominal current of the motor. Reduce the acceleration of the motion profile until the velocity is higher than the MinimalOperatingVelocity. Use a motor that can provide a higher torque. Use a drive that can provide a higher motor current. |
