Modifying user accounts

Use CAE to modify user accounts.

You can:

• Add user accounts

• Edit user accounts

• Delete user accounts

• Disable or enable user accounts

Conditions préalables :

• User Management permissions

• Opening a project in CAE

Adding user accounts

To add a user account:

1. Select User Accounts.

2. Select Create User Account.

3. Enter the User Profile details, including the Roles that you would like to apply to the user.

4. Enter the Username.

5. Enter and confirm the password.

   Remarque : Arrow password is not supported.

6. Select Save.

Editing user accounts

To edit a user account:

1. Select User Accounts.

2. Select the user that you want to edit.

3. (Facultatif) Enter the User Profile details, including the Roles that you would like to apply to the user.

4. (Facultatif) Enter the Username.

5. (Facultatif) Enter and confirm the password.

   Remarque : Arrow password is not supported.

6. Select Save.

Deleting user accounts

To delete a user account:

1. Select User Accounts.

2. Select the user that you want to delete.

3. Select Delete User.

4. Select Yes to confirm the deletion.

Disabling and enabling user accounts

To disable or enable a user account:

1. Select User Accounts.

2. Select the user that you want to disable or enable.

3. Select Disable User/Enable User.
