Revenue lock LED behavior

The revenue lock LED indicates the lock status of the meter.

LED behavior	Revenue lock status
Off	The meter is not revenue locked.
On	The meter is revenue locked.
Flashing	New revenue lock state is pending; power cycle your meter to set the revenue lock to on or off.
