The Source Refresh state is indicated by a flashing blue foreground color, by default.
The color indicates that a Refresh is in progress. A Refresh can be triggered automatically, or manually using the Refresh pick action. If necessary, an ongoing Refresh can be canceled by using the Cancel Refresh pick action.
