Specify the Maximum String Length - String Configuration

The SCADAPack x70 tab on the Forms of SCADAPack x70 String Configuration items contains the following field, which is specific to String Configuration items.

• Maximum String Length—Specify the maximum acceptable string length for the item's current value. The range is 15 to 254 characters inclusive. The default is 15 characters. The setting is inherited by any SCADAPack x70 protocol-specific String Point that is associated with this Configuration item.
