Security permission required to access this pick action: Disable points

Use this pick action to place a Sparkplug Publisher item In Service. Triggering the action changes the Publisher's configuration so that its In Service property is enabled and the Publisher becomes active.

When the Publisher is enabled, Geo SCADA Expert processes any messages that it receives from that Publisher. This occurs providing that the Broker and Publisher database items are In Service and have valid, saved, configuration, and Geo SCADA Expert is able to connect successfully to the broker.

The Enable Publisher pick action is only available for a Publisher:

• That is not In Service
• For which your User Account is allocated the Disable Points security permission.
