Copying an Alarms view
Copy Alarms views to quickly create new views that are the same as, or similar to existing views. For example, create a copy of a view to experiment with the view settings without affecting the original view. You can also use a copy of a view as a starting point for a new view that shares many of the settings of the original view.
To copy an Alarms view:
- In the alarm viewer, open the view library and navigate to the view you want to copy.

 - Right-click the view name or click Options
for this view and select Duplicate to create a copy in the same folder. Select Copy To to create a copy in a different folder. - (Optional) In the view library, select the new view, right-click the view name or click Options
for this view, and select Edit to open View Settings. You can also open View Settings by double-clicking the view name. Change the view name, and adjust the filter settings for Priority, State, Sources, and Categories to customize the view if necessary. NOTE: Not all of these filters are available for all view types.
 - Save the View.

NOTE: You cannot Duplicate a system view because the System Views folder is read-only. Use Copy To instead to create a copy in a different location.
