The spontaneous movement of the motor is monitored to help avoid an unintentional operation of the motor.
This supervision is automatically deactivated when the current is limited to less than 90% of MaxDrivePeakCurrent by the parameter UserCurrentLimit or other additional current limitations.
A reduction of the current limit with the parameter DriveStopCurrentLimit does not deactivate this supervision but reduces the detection limit for this supervision proportional to the reduction of the current limit. This reduction is only active when the drive is stopped with the device reaction best possible stop BD1 or user defined stop BD2.
Cause |
Solution |
---|---|
The EncoderGearIn, the EncoderGearOut, or the EncoderDirection parameter is adjusted incorrectly. |
Verify and correct if necessary the EncoderGearIn, EncoderGearOut, and EncoderDirection object parameters. |
The commutation of the motor is not correct. |
Perform the commutation of the motor with the parameter MotorCommutationControl. |
The parameter uiRotatingFieldDirection in the motor nameplate was set incorrect. |
Verify and correct if necessary the parameter uiRotatingFieldDirection in the motor nameplate. |
Incorrect wiring of the motor phases detected. |
Verify and correct if necessary the wiring of the motor phases. |
