Remove the lower arms.

Push the springs off the spring brackets until the eyes have been unhooked.

Place the lower arms side by side.

With the open side of the eye, join the spring to the respective spring bracket.

Push the eyes of the springs into the spring brackets to completely embed the springs into the spring brackets.
