Replace the ball sockets.

Ball bearing at parallel pate is contaminated.

Clean the ball bearing dry.

Spring roll is worn out.

Replace the spring roll.

Rattling noise.

A spring is absent and/or damaged.

NOTE: Verify the upper arm regarding mechanical attachment.

Replace the springs.

Oil beads up at new gearbox.

Initial oozing of new gearboxes.

Clean the gearbox dry.

Grease at new ball bearing.

Initial oozing of new bearings.

Clean the ball bearing dry.

Extensive position deviation after motor replacement.

The robot is not calibrated.

Calibrate the robot.

Incorrect motor replacement.

Mount the motor correctly.

Rotational axis has backlash.

Verify and replace if necessary.
