Tasks

 

Introduction

The Task Configuration node in the Applications tree allows you to define one or more tasks to control the execution of your application program.

The task types available are:

oCyclic

oFreewheeling

oEvent

oExternal event

This chapter begins with an explanation of these task types and provides information regarding the maximum number of tasks, the default task configuration, and task prioritization.
