Digital alarms

Program digital alarms to monitor the state of a digital input. You can set digital alarms to activate when a digital input's state is ON or OFF. For example, if you set a digital input to monitor a breaker that is always supposed to be on, you would set the alarm to be active when the breaker has tripped (digital input's state is OFF).
