Meter Information    
Rated Meter Voltage Numeric

The nominal meter input voltage. Use this value to calculate the iron loss constants. The rated meter voltage is the line-to-neutral voltage for three-element metering or the line-to-line voltage for two-element metering.

1/2 Meter Current Numeric

Half of the certified meter class current. Use this value to calculate the loss constants.

Number of Stator Elements Integer The number of measurement elements used in the meter. Delta systems use two stator elements and Wye systems use three.
Instrument Transformer Information    
Potential Transformer (PT) Ratio Numeric The instrument transformer's primary to secondary voltage rating ratio.
Current Transformer (CT) Ratio Numeric The instrument transformer's primary to secondary current rating ratio.
Iron Loss Compensation    
Compensate Iron Loss Off, On

Turns iron loss compensation off or on:

  • Off: Ignore iron losses.
  • On: Compensate iron losses.
Percent Iron Watt Loss (%LWFe) Numeric The percent of active power lost due to iron (core losses).
Percent Iron VAR Loss (%LVFe) Numeric The percent of reactive power lost due to iron (core losses).
Copper Loss Compensation    
Compensate Copper Loss Off, On

Turns copper loss compensation off or on:

  • Off: Ignore copper losses.
  • On: Compensate copper losses.
Percent Copper Watt Loss (%LWCu) Numeric The percent of active power lost due to copper (winding losses).
Percent Copper VAR Loss (%LVCu) Numeric The percent of active power lost due to copper (winding losses).
