TLS Logging

Associated with: Channels on advanced drivers

This status attribute is only included on the Status displays of TCP/IP channels on which TLS is enabled and configured, and on network-connected channels.

This status attribute indicates whether Geo SCADA Expert is logging the TLS communications on a channel, including TLS-related data that was discarded by the driver (see Communications Logging Status in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Server Administration).

Possible states:

• Enabled—Logging is in progress on the channel. The logging with cease if the driver or system is shutdown and restarted, or there is a server changeover.
• Enabled (Persist)—Logging is in progress on the channel and will continue after the driver or system has been shutdown and restarted, and after a server changeover.
• Disabled—Logging is deactivated on the channel.
