Reset Counts
Associated with: Python Program items
Security permission required to access this pick action: Diagnostics
The Status display for a Python Program includes various statistics (see Status Attributes that are Specific to the Python Driver). You can use the Reset Counts pick action to reset the numerical statistics back to 0 (zero). This pick action enables you to reset the counts for a single Python Program.
If you want to reset the counts of all Python Programs in the database, use the Reset All option in the Python branch of the Server Status Tool. The option is available from a context-sensitive menu in the Longest Running and Most Frequently Run categories on the Server Status Tool (see Python Status Information).
The counts reset automatically on system restart and when the driver is restarted. If the Reset counters option is enabled in the Snapshots section of the Server Configuration tool, the counts also reset automatically as part of the statistics counts reset that occurs after each server snapshot is logged. For more information about this option, see Server Snapshot Log Files.
