PCS Service
This section is only available in the tool if the OPC UA Server & PCS Service feature is installed. The feature is only available for installation if the required prerequisite components are installed on the Geo SCADA Expert server (see Geo SCADA Expert Prerequisite Components).
The Server branch of the Server Status Tool includes a PCS Service category. This category provides status information about the PCS Services that apply to this Geo SCADA Expert server.
The PCS Service category includes the following counters:
- Active Subscriptions—Indicates the number of database items that are currently subscribed to through the iData interface (see OPC UA Server & PCS Service Settings).
- Buffered Objects—Indicates the number of subscribed database items that are buffered.
- Non Buffered Objects—Indicates the number of subscribed database items that are not buffered.
- Browse Requests—Indicates the number of browse requests received through the iBrowse interface (see OPC UA Server & PCS Service Settings).
- Read Requests—Indicates the number of read requests received through the iData interface.
- Write Requests—Indicates the number of write requests received through the iData interface.
The counters for these items are reset on the regular Snapshot interval.
