Configuring password complexity and length

You can set the password complexity and length enforcement rules for all new passwords. Existing passwords will remain valid until they are changed.

Prerequisites

• Security access privileges
• Open the device table of contents
• Connect to your device

To configure password complexity and length:

1. Select Device Management > Privacy and Security > Users.
2. Enter your Password complexity and length settings.
3. Select Save Working Copy.
4. Synchronize changes.
